Situated inside the UNSW AGSM Building, our accommodation is perfectly positioned opposite the Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital, the Royal Hospital for Women and across the road from Sydney’s light rail.
Our modern double bed ensuite rooms offer split system air-conditioning with Dyson fans, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, large LCD Smart TVs, a work desk, mini-bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities, crisp white linen, quality fluffy towels, Biology skincare bathroom toiletries, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

To make a booking, each guest will need to confirm the following information directly with the accommodation provider: agsm.residential@unsw.edu.au
Guests will then be sent a booking contract for their electronic signature. Once signed, the booking is automatically confirmed and an invoice will be raised, this can take up to 3 business days to be sent from signing. The invoice is required to be paid in full prior to arrival.
Accommodation rate – $165 + GST, per night. There is a minimum two-night stay and the discounted rate does not include daily refreshes. Space is strictly limited to 12 rooms.
